"There is a crack, a crack in everthing. That's how the Light gets in." – Leonard Cohen

Discovering the Power of Awareness and Sovereignty

As we deepen our awareness, we begin to notice the dance of energies around us—how they move, interact, and impact our sense of self. This is what Tobias refers to as the “sexual energy dynamics,” a profound teaching about energetic boundaries and sovereignty. And while it’s not about physical sexuality, it’s all about the exchange of energy: how we give it away, how we take it in, and how we can become more sovereign.

One of the most eye-opening realizations on this journey is recognizing when and how we’ve been giving our energy away. It often happens subtly and when we least expect it, leaving us feeling drained or disoriented. But this isn’t about blame or victimhood. In fact, the concept of victimhood is one we release as we become more aware.

You see, in our old, unconscious state, we’re easily swayed by every wind of doctrine, as if we’re at the mercy of forces beyond our control. Yet in this new consciousness, we understand there are no victims. We see clearly how old energies operate, and in this clarity, we step into our true power.

Embracing the Power of Awareness

As we grow more aware, we start to see the truth of our relationships, including who our real friends are. It’s easy to fall into judgment or to become resentful of those who may have taken our energy in the past. But true awareness invites us to rise above judgment and into the fullness of our Being, where there are no victims—only experiences we’ve chosen, consciously or unconsciously.

When we stand in our awareness, we become victimless. It’s impossible to claim the role of an aware human and also the role of a victim. Just like the pilgrim in Pilgrim’s Progress, we put on the “full armor of God.” This armor isn’t made of steel or iron but of the fullness of our Soul Self, our true Essence.

The Full Armor of Your Soul

When you stand in the fullness of your Essence, you are girded in the most powerful protection there is: your own light. When energies come to you that feel off or unsettling, there’s a simple yet potent practice. Ask these energies, “Who are you?” three times. You can do this energetically or speak it aloud. Watch what happens. Often, these energies will retreat because they cannot face the bright light of All That You Are.

This isn’t about fighting or resisting. It’s about standing sovereign in your energy, knowing that nothing can overpower the light of your Essence. When you wear the full armor of All That You Are, you become untouchable in the truest sense—not because you’re shielding yourself but because you’re radiating your wholeness.

The Power of Breath: Your Sword of Truth

Your breath is your sword of truth. Each conscious breath you take anchors you more deeply into the present moment, grounding you in your essence and empowering you. When you breathe, you live. You embody the breath of change, transforming from a compliant participant in your own enslavement to a radiant, compassionate warrior.

Breathe in this truth: You are no longer a participant in your own oppression. With each breath, you illuminate your path, letting the world see you as you truly are. You are God Also. And God hides from nothing.

Embracing the Truth of Who You Are

The truth never hides, manipulates, or seduces. It simply is. And the truth of you is that you are God Also. This truth stands, regardless of whether you believe it or not. It does not diminish because you have chosen to live as if it weren’t true. But the time has come to embrace it.

Breathe deeply, dear one. Let yourself feel the resonance of “I Am That I Am.” There is no going back to the lie that you are just a mere human. You’ve played that role long enough. It’s time to step forward, to breathe with all that you are, and let the gentle breath of you blow away the dark fog of fear and doubt.

Let the breath of your Soul remind you of the truth of All That You Are. You are not here to be small. You are here to be a shining light of truth, a compassionate presence in a world that so desperately needs the full power of your love.

A Simple Conscious Breath Exercise

Let’s take a moment to experience the power of your breath. Find a comfortable place where you can be still, undisturbed for just a few minutes.

  1. Close your eyes and take a deep, slow breath in through your nose. Feel your chest and belly gently expanding as you invite in the breath of life.
  2. Hold this breath for a moment at the top, allowing yourself to feel the fullness of All That You Are.
  3. Now exhale slowly, releasing any tension or heaviness. Imagine the breath carrying away old energies, making space for clarity and light.
  4. Repeat this cycle a few more times, breathing in gently and deeply, holding, and then exhaling with ease. With each breath, feel your energy centering, grounding, and aligning with your Essence.
  5. As you breathe, you may silently affirm, “I Am That I Am,” or simply focus on the sensation of the breath moving through you, a sacred wind of change.

Feel the strength and truth of your Essence growing with each breath. Know that you are sovereign, radiant, and God Also.

When you’re ready, open your eyes. Take a moment to notice how you feel, and remember: This breath is always available to you, guiding you back to the truth of who you are.

Yes it is so simple. It really never was a hard thing, we make it hard when we do not open up and accept all that we are. Love is truly simple; being afraid makes that hard. No soul is insignificant, yours mine or anyone’s;I’ll always be glad in my heart to share all that I am,all the love I have to offer with those in need and are on the journey to being all that they can be and are finding themselves for the first time; the shields we put up must be torn away for the light to shine fully upon our faces and in our hearts, yes and it is so beautiful, pure and just simply love. I continue to breathe with you in all things.

  2. This Truth is so simple. My Soul is so simple. Not insignificant. Just simple. My Soul simply Is and wants to participate in my life. Everything. For so long I kept Her away thinking my life was too base, too “physical.” All She ever wanted was to participate with me. Here. Now. So simple. So beautiful.

This was SO refreshing to read and hear in my “mind’s eye” all that I AM, all that IS. So true,so true, I appreciate the energy expressed here,it is a great relief to now know I am not alone in these feelings and that there are others who have gained the wisdom and understanding to express all that they are as well. I breathe with you in all things.
